Good Points:
Superb facilities for online banking, never been disappointed once. Customer service also very good.
Bad Points:
Hmm... nothing bad readily comes to mind... but then i have only had an account with them for just over a year.
General Comments:
Overall, I'd recommend this bank. I have a couple other accounts, and as far as customer service goes, this bank is commendable.
