Good Points:
Arik's planes are fairly comfortable by all standards.

 
Bad Points:
Customer care is terrible. The old Lagos local airport they use is dilapidated and congested and flying with checked in luggages is a nightmare experience.

 
General Comments:
Would not fly them specifically because of the stressful environment they fly from in Lagos and their very poor customer service.
